Some days I don’t feel like getting up early.

Some days I don’t feel like working.

Some days I’m not motivated.

Some days I just want to say $%%^ it.

On these days my wife says to me, “Yay, you ARE human.”

We all get down at times.

We all feel inadequate.

We all struggle with motivation.

When you are feeling this way relish in it.

Relish in the fact that everybody feels the way you’re feeling from time to time.  

Relish in the fact that when you overcome these feelings and do what needs to be done regardless of how you feel you’re one step ahead of most.

The more times you a point in the win column the closer you get to your goals and the stronger your discipline muscle becomes.  

Lastly, one thing that helps me when I’m feeling this way is to…

1.  Take a nap, eat something, and go for a walk 🙂

2.  Find somebody to help.
