Weight loss is not always as simple as it should be.

Start with these three habits.

1.  Plan your meals
Know what you are going to eat BEFORE you eat it.  When you plan your food you will be less likely to overeat or eat things that are unhealthy.

2.  Weigh every morning
There is controversy over this, but the studies show that people who weigh themselves daily have better long term results.

This study concludes: “Weighing every day led to greater adoption of weight control behaviors and produced greater weight loss compared with weighing most days of the week. This further implicates daily weighing as an effective weight-loss tool.”

3.  Eat 3 times per day
No snacking.
