Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work your glutes. We are here to work your glutes. You’ll be working your outer glutes and your inner glutes in your upper glutes in your lower glutes. You’ll be working your whole glute because we have totally different movements for each part of your glute. We do all these movements. We may not do them every single day. Your glutes are a really important part of you. A lot of people don’t want a big butt. This is where we tone your butts. We want you to have a tone but if you’d like it. If you want to have a bigger tone but then we are here to help you with that. If you want to make sure that you’re just strong and we’re here to help you with that as well. Having a tone and strong glute muscle that will help with your leg workouts as well. When you have a strong by then you’ll have strong legs as well. We want everything to be proportionate so that’s why we have a total body workout every single time. And we also know that glutes get sore really easily because when you do leg movements your butt will be sore. Your butt will be sore but that’s okay. That’s natural.

When your butt is sore that’s okay. Doing glute movements we also foam roll. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work your glutes because we also focus on foam rolling them as well. We start with your quads. We go back and forth and up and down from your knee to your hip on your quads. And then you go to your IT band and on the sides of your quads. You move your foot back and forth and side to side to make sure you’re getting all those muscles while your foam is rolling. And then you’ll flip over to work your hamstrings. We’ll go to the side of the lake and all the way to the inner hamstring. We want to work on your inner hamstring and back of your thigh because that will be sore. It will be really sore but that’s okay. And then you flip over again and you work your inner thigh. You put the foam roller at a 90 degree angle so it gets your inner thigh.

Next will be glutes. Once you do both legs then it’s glue time. And you want to go against the grain sometimes. You can use the foam roller anyway you want. But when you’re doing it against the grain and it might get into knots that you didn’t know you had. You might feel some pain but that’s okay. That’s natural. And it will happen. But soon you’ll be able to ignore the pain and it will be a really good workout. It’s going to be a really good family session because it will feel really good and then you’ll be able to have a good workout afterwards. Your butt might be sore and that’s okay. But foam rolling and warming up before the session will be really good to stretch it out and make sure that you got rid of all the knot adhesions and unhealthy tissue in the way.
