Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to stretch. We have stretch follow along stretches that we do every Sunday. Every Sunday will help you stretch because we want you to stay mobile. We didn’t want you to get injured and that’s why we include stretching as well. Stretching is a good way to relax in a good way to focus your mind on other things. If you’re getting a little stressed out that’s okay go and stretch a little bit. We have a five-minute warm-up before every session and you could do that to make sure that you’re mobile as well. New stretching is good for you. Stretching is really good for you because it makes you more flexible, mobile and stable. Before we stretch we show you how to do it beforehand. Show you how to do it beforehand because we give you the oil demos of it. We also show you how to do it beforehand because we help you every step of the way. We first check in with our body. First checking in their body is moving your body around. Move your hips around and see what’s tight and what’s not. Really listen to your body and see what is going on with it.

When you do that then you’ll feel what’s Titan, what’s not tight and let can be worked on. When you figure out what can be worked on and that’s when you start working on those movements. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to stretch stretch because we walk you through this whole thing. You don’t need to know what to do, we just show you what to do and you follow along. It’s about 30 minutes long and it will make your week much better. You can do this as many times as you’d like but we have one every week. We do it every week especially for our online programs. Online programs show these every week because we want you to get a good stretch in every week. We do them on Sundays because Sunday is a good time to relax and hang out.

That we don’t have a work out coming out on Sunday so we stretch instead. The stretch guy comes in and records the video of him stretching. Then you follow along with it. At the end you do breathing techniques. That’s when you breathe in as deep as you can through your nose and out through your mouth. I have to focus on that for 10 times. If you can focus on that for 10 or more times without getting distracted then you’ll be way more relaxed. This is really recommended before you go to bed. Or when you wake up. Just sometimes you can be quiet and just focus on your breathing. You just focus on your breathing and it will help your day better. It will help your day be better because you’ll be less stressed about things.

Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to stretch because we can use stretching techniques. These techniques you can use whenever you would like. You don’t need to be watching the video to do them. We do multiple different moves but we stick with the same moves every week so then you can see your progression. Before the workout we have a five-minute warm-up in the 5-minute warm-up has some stretching involved. I want to set aside to help increase your flexibility, mobility and Joint stability. These will help make sure that you are more capable to do the movements without getting injured. We want to make sure that you don’t get injured. That’s the most important part.
