If they haven’t been to the gym in a while that’s okay. If this is your first time going into a gym ever that’s okay as well. Level one will be for you. Level one can be almost entirely done with your own body weight and you will still get tan with level one. You were going to get down to level one. And I lose weight with level one. It’s going to strengthen your tendons and ligaments with level one. Level two more Dynamic movements. Level 2 requires your tendons and ligaments to be strong in order to do the movements properly without injury. Level two movements use more weights. You’ll start to use more weights with level two movements. But if you start to get tired and you can always move down to level one movements.

Level two movements are becoming easy for you then move up to level three movements. Level three movements are more challenging. They are dynamic as well and they will just be more challenging movements. You will be using heavier weights. You’ll be using more weights. You’ll be putting your body in different ways to make sure you’re more mobile. You’ll be using your body differently and level 3 or challenging movements.
