Getting strong takes a while but your muscles get stronger almost overnight. Your muscles get stronger almost overnight but tendons and ligaments take a bit of time. Tendons and ligaments take about three to six months to get strong. We recommend making sure your tendons and ligaments are drawn before going too hard.
