Kvell is the best gym in Boise because of her three-week training. We have three weight training phases that happen every 3 weeks. The first week is a week one or every week. The recovery week is for you to figure out what the face is all about. Each phase will be different. Each phase will have different topics. The face could mean anything from density to a mean endurance to strength training. The phases are all different and everyone will be working on their own time. You may be starting at a new face or maybe starting in the middle of a face but you will take everything as your week 1. When you start you’ll be your week one. And then it will go for a week too and we three. We too will have a practice week. This is where you get to practice those movements and figure out these movements are for you or not. That you’ll figure out what these movements are and what you can and can’t do. If you have any modifications then we are going to be where you figure out if you need any modifications. If you need any modifications and let the coaches know. We have three full-time coaches and they will get to know you and they’ll get to know your modifications in about two weeks. And then they want me to know your modifications as well.
Once you know your modifications and you’ll be able to practice during your week 2. Week one is bring-a-friend week as well okay to go because of our 3-week training phases so you don’t get bored of movements. This is so you can learn the movements and practice the movements and challenge yourself so you don’t get bored. Kvell is the best gym in Boise when you get bored You’re less likely to work as hard. When you get bored of these movements you won’t get bored of these movements. We don’t want you to get bored of these movements. You won’t get bored because every 3 weeks changes. And every 3 weeks you’ll see something brand new.
We do want you to learn these movements. Want you to learn these movements because once you learn these that’s when you get to expand a room for capacity. Want you to learn these movements because somewhere down the line you’ll be able to need mabey’s moving to learn what the Forum feels like. When you learn these movements you know where I’m at The Forum feels like and are going to learn much more than just seeing it and not seeing again for a couple months. It’s kind of like a math problem. You need to learn it and you need to practice it before you can work on it. You need to work on it and practice it before you can challenge yourself. And that’s exactly what these three week training phases are for. Week one is where you learn the movements kb2 is where you practice and make sure he’s got a way to get to challenge yourself. We three is test week. You get to test yourself. To get to test your strength and really expand you prefer capacity.
When you expand even for the past two years, you are going to be strong when you think you are. It will be longer work. In the last rest.
