We have three different levels and level one is where you use your body weight. All of our workouts you can either use your body weight or you can add weight depending on what your fitness level is. Using your body weight can mean just doing squats. Using your body weight could mean doing push-ups. Using your body weight could mean doing lunges. We involve conditioning as well which means you will do jump squats and you would do jump lunges and you would do Renegade rows if you want a work out that way. You could do anything with your body weight and then you can do it even when you travel. You can do it when you travel and you can do it when you are home or you can do it at Kvell and have the coaches correct your form.
If the coaches are correct in your form and you will have confidence that you were doing the form properly. They corrected form so much and they make sure that you were engaging your core and getting the best workout possible that when they are not crafting anything that you will feel confident that you were doing it properly and that you have learned how to do the movement.
