Kvell Fitness and Nutrition will help you develop the correct form and do all the movements properly with your own body weight. When you know you are level one because you will be wobbly in level two movements. Once you went with level 1 movements then you can move up to level two movements. Level two movements are more dynamic movements that use more dumbbells and kettlebells and more weights. But we want most people that start with level 1 movements to get the feel of everything. Level 1 movements will help with your muscular strength and strengthen your tendons and ligaments which is really important in order to reduce the risk of injury.

A lot of people think that they are stronger than they really are. And their muscles may be big but there tendons and ligaments still need Improvement and still need to get stronger. So that’s why we like to start with level 1 movements to make sure that you get the proper form correct and get your tendons and ligaments stronger. You can’t see your tendons and ligaments getting stronger so that’s why the non-scientific way to see if they are stronger or not is if you are wobbly with other movements or not.
