Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to learn how to do push-ups. Push-ups require a correct form in order to do them properly. We have a specific form to do in order to get a total body workout with the push-ups. And I’ll be total body but it’s closed. Push-ups are hard. Push-ups are difficult to do if you don’t have any upper arm strength. But we have three different levels of push-ups that you can do and even more. You have a whole wide range of different kinds of push ups that fit your workout schedule. everyone has different arm strength and core strength and that’s why we have different kinds of push ups to do. We have three plus different levels of push-ups. Of a 1 push-ups would be scat push-ups where you don’t even move your arms you just go into a plank position with your arm straight and then you move your shoulders up and down. This is just getting you in the hang of keeping your shoulders back and your posture correct. This is making sure your form is correct before you push yourself even more. What’s your farm is Craig there then you can push yourself harder. Scap push ups are for level 1 new beginners of working out. This is for people that have never done a push-up or never even try to push it before. These are really good for people that are heavier and they can’t do one full push-up.

We also do push-ups with resistance bands. We make sure your elbows are close to your sides. And your hands are facing a little out and then you put a resistance band around you. The resistance band is connected to a tall metal pole on the top and this helps pull you back up when you go down. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to do push-ups because we help you with all of these. You will learn so many different ways to do push-ups which will help you outside of the gym as well. This will help you if you go to any other gym because you will know the correct form. We also do correct form by engaging your core during these. If your hips are Inward and your core is tight than you are getting a better workout.

We also do push-ups that are very slow push-ups. We want you to take 5 Seconds going down and then get to your knees and lift your hips up and do it all over again. These are slow yet steady. We want to really build that muscle tone. We do these push-ups as well for level 2 because they are difficult. Want you to go slow as you possibly can without taking. And then you start right back up and do another one. What do you do as many as you possibly can but still take a long time with each one. These are very effective and we also want to make sure your core is engaged with each and every one.

We also just do regular push-ups and you just try and get as many as you can done. We do other things with push up such as blank tip ups. Playing to pubs or when you go to your elbows and then go back up for a push-up. And then back to your elbows and go back up for another push up. These are very difficult as well but they are total body arm movement that really is effective. It’s a warm water movement and and have movement because you will engage your core as well. But are push-ups still consist of your arms Inward and your hands outward so you’re really getting that lat workout as well.
