These are really good to get the hang of. Hip hinge movements work your glutes, hamstrings your low back and many other body parts. You could do hip hinge movements with kettlebells. You could do hip hinge movement with dumbbells. You could do hip hinge movements with your own body weight. Even things like mountain climbers will work your hip hinge movements. Hip hinge movements work as a lot of lower body movements. You’ll be doing a lot and we also warm up hip hinge movements. We have a whole warm up that requires you to warm up your hip hinge movements. You go on a squat position and then you touch you grab the outer parts of your legs. Get the out of parts of your feet. When you get the outer part of your feet and your arms straight in your back will be straight and you will be in a squat position. If you can’t go all the way down because of your knees because of your mobility issues than this is where you will get more and more flexible. A lot of people can’t go down that far in the beginning.
Towards the end of three months we work in three months cohesive warm-ups.. And that means at the end of the three months you’ll probably be a little more flexible doing hip hinge movements. When you do that hip hinge movement then you’ll grab the feet and then you go in a wide formation with your arms and you’ll go up and it’ll be a stretch. This is really where you’ll see where you’re limited and Mobility. Because you might not be as flexible as you think you are.
