A lot of Fitness industry say if there’s no pain no game but that is just simply not true. You can gain things from not being sore as well. That is why we phone warm up before to reduce risk of injury and to reduce the soreness. You’ll still get a great workout even if you’re not sore afterwards. You will learn to feel accomplished even if you’re not sore because your body is still working hard and you are still getting a really good workout in. The fitness industry really wants you to feel like you need to be sore in order to get a good workout in some people go all out 24/7 just so that you can say they are sore and then they can burn up and break down. We don’t want you to burn up and break down and we want you to get the most out of your workout and that doesn’t involve becoming sore all the time. You may be sore the first couple sessions because it is a hard workout. But even if you’re not sore than that doesn’t mean you didn’t get a great workout in. We reduce the risk of soreness by foam rolling and warming up before. If you just go in without a warm up and going in with cold muscles than that could lead to soreness.

A lot of people don’t go to the gym the next day because they’re so sore. We don’t want that to happen we want you to stay consistent with going to the gym. We want you to come over more times a month. But we also want you to take it easy the first couple times. Are training phases also help you to reduce your soreness because we work in 3 week training faces. Week one is where you only go 50 to 60% intensity. Week one is your recovery weak. Weak to is the week where you get to practice. And week 3 is the way you get the challenge yourself. A lot of gyms you will go to a box gym and you only go 50 to 60% intensity the whole time and you won’t get any results. A lot of gems you will go a hundred percent intensity and challenge yourself every single day for 2 hours at a time and you’ll burn up and break down. Your body cannot handle that much exercise. It takes a couple days for your body your muscles to recover and we want to give you that.

That’s why we suggest going every other day. We want you to do active recovery in between workout days. We want to give your muscles time to recover. If you don’t give your muscles time to recover then they won’t build up. They will continue to break down. The way your muscles get stronger is you break down your muscle tissue every single time you work out and then they repair themselves by getting stronger and repairing themselves with bigger muscle tissue. If you continue to break them down without giving them time to recover then you won’t main muscle you will just continue to break them down. We want you to gain muscle so that’s why we want you to recover in between and go on a walk and drink a lot of water.
