We want everyone to work out the same time and get a great workout and no matter what your Fitness level is. We have three different levels. Level one is like the foundation of Fitness. It’s designed for people that have never been to the gym before or even taking a break. It could be almost entirely done with your own body weight. Level one strengthens your muscles, your tendons, and ligaments, as you may already know muscles get stronger almost overnight. But tendons and ligaments take at least three to six months to get strong. Tendons and ligaments take a while to be strong. And level 2 requires are tendons and ligaments to be strong in order to do the movements properly. Level two or more Dynamic movements.
In order to do level two movements we want to make sure your tendons and ligaments are strong. We want to make sure that your movements aren’t wobbly. If your movements are wobbly then it means are tendons and ligaments aren’t as strong as they should be 8 to do the movements. If you go too hard too fast and workout to Agra play before your tendons and ligaments are strong that can lead to things like tendonitis. Level 3 are even more challenging movements. This is for people that are very fit and have their tendons and ligaments as strong as can be before doing them. If you do them too soon this could also lead to tendonitis because your tendons and ligaments aren’t as strong as they should be in order to do the more Dynamic movements. Level three or more Dynamic movements but they also have and more challenging aspects. This is where you add even more weights and get even heavier weights for a more challenging workout.
