There are three main phases how we do our training, which is where you get a recovery week, a practice week, and a challenge week. The 21 days promotion is strictly $1 for 21 days unlimited training. With your 21 days you also get a one-on-one consultation with our nutritionist where she talks to you and figures out any red flags with your nutrition, any supplements that you were taking or not taking that you should be or not. Kvell’s three week training phase is designed so you can see movements and really learn the movements before we move on. This is where you will see the movements learn what the form feels like and learn how to do them all before you move on to something new so you actually learn the movements and see the results and feel the results. Every single day of the week the movement on the board will be different Monday through Saturday. But Monday’s movements are Mondays movements, Tuesday’s movements are Tuesdays, Wednesdays are Wednesdays for 3 weeks. So no matter what time you come in on Monday you will see the same movements the rest of the week. We like to bring a friend like on week one. Bring a friend week is where you can bring a friend anytime during week one so they can train with you and you will have more fun working out.

Week one is where you learn and understand what the phase is all about, determine what weights are optimal for you and you go about a 50 to 60% intensity. This is during bring a friend week  because everyone is learning the new phase learning what the face is all about. There’s a lot of research involved in the three-week training phase because we want you to get a recovery week we want you to practice the movements and he also wants you to challenge yourself.

A lot of people spend their time during in that week one and going about a 50 to 60% intensity and they don’t get any results. Some people did the seventy-five percent practice week and they also don’t really see results they’re not really getting anywhere. A lot of people challenge their self every single day and burn up and break down and that’s where injury comes from. Week two is where you get to practice the movements and increase your intensity to about 75 to 85%. This is the middle ground of the week, middle ground at the training phase.

This is where you’re going to feel like you have no more reps in the tank that you have completely gone as hard as you can.
