Kvell is quick. The workout portion is only 25 to 30 minutes long. You will also have foam rolling and warming up involved as well. Everything is quick and high-paced. You will be going from Station to Station and circuit training to make sure that you get a total body workout and make sure you don’t get bored with the movement’s you are doing. Each set is going to be different and it will be a quick change between sets. We want to make sure that your brain is not getting bored. We want to make sure that your muscles are not doing the same movement over and over again. We incorporate different movements every single time.
