Our coaches are trained to figure out any other movements to do if you have previous injuries or are injured. They can point out anything in your form that is not correct and are able to spot the correct form from across the room. We want to prevent the risk of injury as much as possible. We do high reward low impact movements so you don’t injury yourself. If you have previously been injured, all you do is make sure the coaches the know. They will correct your form and modify your movements to avoid either re-injuring yourself or making sure your injuries get better.
A lot of people have continuous knee pain or knee problems. This happens sometimes when you have been doing movements wrong for awhile. Or if you over work your knees. Your tendons and ligaments need to be strong to lift heavy weights and do more dynamic movements. In order for your tendons and ligaments to be strong you need to make sure you get them strong in 3 to 6 months. That is how long it takes to get your tendons and ligaments to be strong.
