Kvell is more than just strength training and lifting heavy weights. We focus on all the muscles, even the little ones with resistance bands. We have so many different movements that work all parts of the shoulders so you can get a workout in on the upper and lower parts of the shoulders. We know shoulders could be a problem area for a lot of people. A lot of people have injuried their shoulders at previous gyms or doing previous activities. When they do this, sometimes their shoulders have a hard time recovering. Kvell is made so we have tons of low risk high reward movements so you don’t injury yourself even more and really reduce the risk of injury. 

A lot of our movements incorporate shoulders. Even movements like mountain climbers work your shoulders. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to workout your shoulders because we engage all parts of your shoulders when working them out. There are two different groups of muscles in your shoulders, extrinsic and intrinsic. Kvell works out both of them. Your extrinsic muscles in your shoulders include the traps. We workout the traps in multiple ways such as reisitance bands. Some movements we do are also with dumbells. We do a lot of different kinds of shoulder presses. 

Considering it is a total body workout we include a squat with a dumbell press so you get the best of both worlds incorporating shoulders and glutes at the same time. That is why Kvell is so quick because we workout different kinds of movements at the same time so the workout is only 45 minutes long for a total body workout. Kvell also does movements with pushups which workout your arms and shoulders. All the movements you will see have been heavily backed by science. The owner has created each movement and layout of the workout in house, he has had years and years of non stop studying the most effective and quick workout that gets you results. You will have the qualities of having a personal trainer in a group setting at Kvell. 

We have three different levels so you can workout all at the same time no matter what your fitness level is. When you are working out at level one, sometimes we only use your own body weight which is a great way to get started on your fitness level and not injure yourself. Level one is also good when you have a previous injury on your shoulders. Level two and level three are more difficult. With these two different levels you can add more weights to the movements.
