Best Gym in Eagle | Excited for Low Impact Movements?

A lot of people think that Kvelll is scary. Kvell is not scary and it should not be intimidating. Starting their new gym can be scary and intimidating. Because I was not. Kvell has a lot of movements that are low impact high reward  movements. Low-impact movements are really important so you don’t get injured. The last thing we want is for you to get injured. That’s why we don’t do any risky movements. High impact movements high impact movements will lead to injury. And the last thing you want is for you to get injured. Low-impact movements could be anything from stepping on a box rather than jumping on it. We don’t do any movements that are going to hurt yourself. You don’t do any movements that you’re going to be upside down just like a normal thing. Don’t do any movements were going to be jumping too high up. We don’t want you to get into it. If you get injured then you won’t stay consistent. We want you to stay consistent because that’s how you’re going to get results. Consistency is super important. When you get injured you’re going to be out for 3 to 6 weeks depending on what the injury is. You could even be out for longer. But that’s why we don’t do any sort of movements that injure yourself.

A lot of older people like Val because they are low impact movements. If you want higher impact movements then you can go up in a level. But we want you to be steady and stupid level 1 movements as long as your tendons and ligaments need to get stronger. If your tendons and ligaments don’t need to get any stronger than you are good to go with doing level two movements. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to do low-impact movements. Low-impact movements are super important to make sure you don’t get injured. The last thing he wanted you to get injured. Want to make sure the form is correct and you’re doing movements that won’t hurt you in the long run.

Getting hurt is not good. We don’t want you to get hurt. You could get hurt injuring your knees. If you’re doing a box jump and you step on it wrong you could hurt your ankles. If you’re doing a box company step on it wrong or you miss the box and you can hurt your shins. If you’re doing a shoulder press you are doing too heavy of weights and that could hurt your shoulders. If you’re doing a upside down push up on the wall and hurt your shoulders and become make your shoulders go out of place. When you’re not strong enough to do those movements but you’re told to do those movements in that could injure yourself. We don’t tell you to do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing.

Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to do low-impact movements because that is all we do. Even if it’s level three movements they will still be as low impact as we can. There will be some things where you’ll be jumping up and down. But we make sure that you’re not going to injure yourself. When you injure yourself at the last thing you want to do. We do not want you to enjoy yourself. Doing level three movements are a little more difficult. You need to be very fit to do level three movements but there are also some movements where you might not be as fit you can still do level three movements just at a lower weight. Everything is customizable so whatever feels best for your body you can do it. We’re not going to tell you to do something or not going to tell you that don’t do something we will just recommend stuff.
