Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to realize just how strong you are. A lot of our clients come in and they think they’re really out of shape. Love our friends come in and they might be out of shape. A lot of our clients never step foot in the gym before. But after awhile you’re going to get stronger and stronger. It takes consistency and time but soon you’re going to get strong. Once you get strong then you’re going to realize that you are strong. It takes a little bit of time to realize that you’re strong. Kvell is the place to be when you realize it. You’ll realize it quicker than other gyms because we are working three-week training phases which make sure that you get stronger. Getting strong takes time. It’s not something you’d do overnight. What would consistency and hard work and continuing to push yourself then you will get stronger. You’re going to realize that you can do heavier movements that you can do more challenging movements. You will go into soon realize that you can go up to level two movements rather than will one. As long as your form is correct then you can go up and movements. If your phone is not correcting me suggest a good level one. All depends on what your Fitness level is.

It all depends on your Fitness level. But when you go up in levels we want to make sure your tendons and ligaments are strong before you work too hard. The last thing you want to do is get you injured. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to realize how strong you are. It’s best to realize how strong you are because we push you to go harder and harder. The coaches push you but also make sure your form is correct. This is how you’re going to get results. In a 3-week training phase the week one is where you learn every understand all the movements. This is where you just determine what weights are good for you and you go back to 50 to 60%. 

Then we have week two. This is where you get to practice those movements. This is where you get to increase your intensity by about seventy-five 85%. This is the week where it’s fun and you just get practice and test out new weights. You might test out way too and you might realize that you’re not strong enough for him yet or you might test out weights and realize that you can do almost all the movements in that time. It all depends how you are and how consistent you are. Optimal is coming three times a week to make sure you get the most out of the work out. We want to get you the most of the work out and that’s why I come in three times a week will get you the results you want it.

Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to realize how strong you are. One of our clients, for example how to do a plank on her knees the first couple months shoes with us. Then not too long ago she tested out level two movements. This is where it was a plane for 45 seconds. She didn’t think she could do it. She wasn’t thinking and didn’t realize how strong she was. But she did it with ease. She ended up doing the 45 seconds and then during the third round chanted up going for even longer. She is really so strong she was but Kvell was there to help her realize that she was really strong. The coaches were pushing her and everyone was cheering her on. She left feeling accomplished and challenged at the same time. She left feeling good about herself and that’s what we want everyone to do.
