We do different kinds of lunges because we work our glutes a lot. Lunges work your quads, your hamstrings, your glutes, and when you engage your apps while doing lunges it will even work your abs. Lunges are a great way to work your glutes. Sometimes wonders are hard for people with knee problems. So we are able to modify any lunch movement with something else that isn’t so tough on your knees. But for the people that do lunges we have different levels of lunges. Each level is for each Fitness level can we accommodate to every single kind of Fitness level. Because lunges work a lot of different muscles we do lunges a lot. We can do them either with or without dumbbells as well.

We can do lunges with dumbbells, with kettlebells, or without any equipment at all. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to learn how to do lunges properly. If you do a lunch and you are secure without any wobbling then you can more than likely add up some weights.
