Consistency is key. Consistency is the most important part of staying fit. It takes hard work to stay consistent with your actions. It may take time to learn how to stay consistent. But Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to stay consistent. We have different ways to say consistent. One way is by paying you to show up. The more you show up the less you pay and we keep track of it by signing up through our app and checking with iPad right up front. We encourage you to come three times a week. Consistency is super important and that’s why we encourage it. You could brush your teeth every single day for 2 minutes and get nice and bright and clean teeth. If you brush your teeth the last two weeks the last two days of the week for 2 hours then your teeth are not going to benefit from that. Our bodies are the same way. Our bodies need consistency. Our bodies need constant consistent action and exercise. It does not benefit you from squeezing in for sessions in a row the last 2 days of the month. You will not get the same results. That’s why we encourage you to stay consistent. We also have prizes for consistency as well. If you show up to 12 or more sessions in that month you are entered to win $750 cash.

We want you to stay consistent and that’s why we encourage you to show up to 12 or more sessions a month. And that is three times a week. Coming three times a week is optimal. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to stay consistent. We recommend going in and going hard on Monday then taking it easy on Tuesday going on a walk and drinking a lot of water. And then coming in and going hard on Wednesday. Then taking it easy on Thursday then coming in and going hard on Friday. When you have this sort of mindset then exercise won’t be as intimidating for you. You won’t have to feel like you have to go every single day and make time every single day. It will just take three times a week.

Exercise plans are developed so you can only have to go three times a week to get the results. That is awful for you which is technically only three hours out of your week focusing on exercise. That makes sure that you can prioritize exercise and make sure you can come in and go hard when you come into Kvell. We don’t want to overwhelm you by coming in every single day because we realize that is not optimal for you. Do you have a life outside of the gym and we understand that. That’s why we made a program that only requires you to go three times a week.

Coming 3 times a week and dialing any nutrition you were going to get the results that you’ve always wanted. It does not take every single day to get results. It takes three times a week of going hard and owning it when you come in and you will get the results you wanted. It will also take nutrition. And nutrition is here to help you stay consistent as well. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle because you have different nutrition programs that will help you stay consistent. The accountability aspect of each nutrition program will help me stay consistent because the results won’t lie.
