Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work your arms. Working your arms a super important. A lot of ladies don’t do as much upper body workouts as they should. But in order to looked around and feel good and feel strong then you need to work your arms. We work all parts of your arms. We do everything from the biceps to the triceps to the forearms to the shoulders to all upper body movements. Most of our movements work multiple muscles at once. We even work the smaller muscles to make sure that you’re bigger muscles don’t get strained and work too much. Every single movement is a total body workout. Every single day you were going to see a total body workout. Sometimes we focus more on different parts of our body. We do arm workouts with resistance bands. We do arm workouts with dumbbells. We do arm workouts with kettlebells. We do arm workouts with her own body weight. It all depends what level you are on with the movements. We do arm workouts with the Jungle Jim’s. We do arm workouts with just push-ups and Renegade rows with your own body weight. If you are on a higher level than you’ll do Renegade rows with dumbbells.
We even do arm workouts while we’re working your legs. If we’re doing a squat then you’ll include a kettlebell clean with it which is where you lift a kettlebell up before you squat. You might do a squat press with a shoulder press. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work your arms because we engage your whole body in multiple movements. One movement will engage multiple muscles. We are not specifically just using and just activating one part of your body at once. You will be activating multiple parts of your body at the same time. You will never see machines at Kvell. We only use kettlebells dumbbells resistance bands body weights and Jungle gyms.
We don’t include any machines because they are not the most effective way to work out. A lot of box fans only use machines and that is fine but it will take you a longer time to get the same movements in the same exercise. We don’t have any sort of cable machines either. We use resistance bands to work your arms. We use dumbbells to work your arms. We do things like Renegade rows where you’re on the ground engaging your core and your legs and your arms all at the same time. We do things that and get your legs like goblet squats where you are holding on tight to a kettlebell which also engages your arms while doing squats.
Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work your arms because we work every part of your arms at the same time. If you’re doing a renegade row than that works your forearms and your triceps and even your back at the same time while engaging core. It’s a quick and effective workout and only 45 minutes long. You will feel sore in your whole body usually. Because we work so many muscles at the same time then you are burning more calories. Once you’re using more muscles at the same time then the calories start to burn and you will start to lose weight quicker because your endurance will rise as well.
