Kvell is the best gym in Boise for teens. It’s going to be good for teens because we go to 14 and older. They’re going to be 14 and older to join. Either before 10 because we treat everyone like adults. We treat everyone like adults because we don’t do anything special for kids. We don’t do anything special for kids because we know that most people are at Delta cabbell. But we’re here for teens as well. It’s a great way for teens to get some extra exercising. And they’re not doing a sport. But if you’re a teenager doing a sport then this is perfect for you. You’re going to get extra training in your offseason and then you’re going to be really good when you join the sport again. You’re going to be really good because this is kind of like a practice for you. Or not to be learning the skill of the sport you’re doing but you’re going to be getting endurance and strength training all at 1. We understand this might be the last thing you want to do. But it’s important for you to get a good workout in. It supports you to get a good workout and especially if you don’t do anything athletic in general. Because this will make you a part of a team. This will gain some habits and behaviors that you may not have already.
We’re good for teens because you’re just 45 minutes a day. Every other day. So you can practice or do your thing every other day and then go here for 45 minutes a day and you’re going to gain your endurance and your strength so you can go about your sport better.
