Monday’s movements are going to be Monday’s movements all three weeks. Tuesdays movies are going to be Tuesday smooth Menthol 3 weeks. Wednesday’s movements are going to be Wednesday’s movements all three weeks. Thursday’s movements are going to be Thursday’s movements all three weeks. Friday’s movements are going to be Friday’s movements all three weeks. Saturday’s movements are going to be Saturday’s movements all three weeks. I mean it’s all going to start over for the rest of the three weeks. Then the next Monday will come along after the three weeks and it’s all going to be different.
When you see these movements for 3 weeks that’s because we want you to learn them. We want you to really get the feel of the learning with the form feels like and then challenge yourself at the end. Your third week will be a challenge for you. But weak want to be a recovery week. It goes in 3-week training, so you can learn these movements without forgetting them. With us three weeks are going to remember those. I got to learn the minion to remember them and you’re going to do this more and more often. If you’ve been here for a couple of years and you haven’t done level three yet you will understand little trees and be more Dynamic and more challenging. But you’ll get the hang of it someday. If you don’t want to do level 3 that’s really fine. Still, go level 1 and level 2. Or stick with little one if you want to.
