Getting a challenging workout is good. But we also want you to take it easy sometimes as well. It’s all about balance. We rock wants you to come in and go hard every other day. We don’t want you to overdo it. I want you to get a challenging workout every other day because then you’ll probably have time to recover and rest. Do you want your body to rest because we want you to build up your muscles. If you are constantly working hard and constantly going 100% every single day for 2 hours then you’re going to break down your muscles and they will never never build back up. Your muscles will continue to break down and soon you’ll get injured.

In order to get stronger muscles in order to build your tendons and ligaments you need to give your body some time to recover as well. So you’re going to get a challenging workout on Monday and then actively recover on Tuesday. Going to get a challenging work out on Wednesday and then ask for cover on Thursday. I’m going to get a challenging workout on Friday and then recover on the weekend. I can recover does not mean sit around and do nothing. Active recovery means going and going on a walk. Are going on a hike. I’m getting my body moving. Flushing up the lactic acid. Maybe during one of our warm ups that we have. Kvell is the best gym in Boise to get a challenging work out because we understand the balance of getting a challenging workout.

We Understand it because we understand that you might be sore. You’re going to be sore and how to be confident that you’re sore in the right places. A lot of people don’t want to be sore because they think they’re enjoying themselves. But that’s not the case with Kvell. Because we have a coach at all times you’re not going to get into it because you have the form down. You’ll be confident that you have the form down in that you are doing everything properly. Going to be confident in yourself and be confident in the coaches. They know exactly what to do for your body. They’ll get to know you and they’ll know exactly who you are and exactly if you need to challenge yourself if you don’t want to tell him yourself. Go get to know you and what you want your goals to look like.

Getting a challenging work out is satisfying. But we don’t want you to go all out all the time every single day because that means you might get injured. We want you to continually get stronger and stronger. I want you to build up your tendons and ligaments first. That’s the most important part of getting tendons and ligaments strong. If your tendons and ligaments aren’t strong and you could lead to injury. One of our staff members just recently didn’t have strong finger tendons and ruined her finger and got a mallet finger by catching a football. That’s what we don’t want to happen. Want to completely avoid that. And that means you need to make sure that your tendons and ligaments are strong before getting too hard. We want you to get the basics down before get doing more Dynamic movement. To get started today visit our website at www.kvellfit.com or give us a call at (208) 314-2110.
