Getting motivation can be tough sometimes. Getting motivation can be tested. That’s why we don’t want to do it. We want to make sure you develop a habit. But developing it means you need to be determined and you need to be responsible for your actions. You need to have a lot of determination or just stick with something for that long. It takes a while to develop a habit especially with exercise and nutrition. Takes about a year to develop a nutrition habit. When you develop nutrition goals and nutrition habits it takes about a year to fully develop those habits but it’s completely worth it in the end. Is completely worth it just takes motivation and determination to get started. Especially when it comes to working out as well. When it comes to working out then you’re also going to be doing that as well.

When you get the Habit down then that’s important. We want you to help you have a psych eval. And then I’ll do what happens when you are staying consistent with working out. We want working out to be a habit for you because when you don’t work out then he won’t feel very good. And that will make you want to work out. We keep you accountable for coming into the gym which will help you develop a healthy habit. The first 21 days we recommend you coming nine times. That’s three times a week. And developing it three times a week will be the best idea for you.

Coming three times a week is ideal. It’s not too much and it’s not too little. It’s just the right amount. Coming in three times a week is optimal so you can work out and go hard Monday and then take it easy Tuesday. And then you can work out and go hard Wednesday. Take it easy Thursday. It is really important for you to take it easy some days as well. We don’t want you to burn up and break down and go every single day and go hard every single day. If you’re the type that wants to have it if going every single day then go every single day. Sunday’s take it easy. The coach will know what days you need to take it easy. And they’ll be asking you if you are. The last thing we want is you to get injured. The last thing we want is you to burn up and break down.

That’s also why we have our three week training phases. Week one is recovery week. Went to his practice B. And week 3 is where you get the challenge yourself. We have these as well because we don’t want you to work too hard too fast and then get injured as well. We understand that a lot of people want to come every single day and that’s okay. If they can get 45 minutes the other day that’s perfect. That is ideal. But we understand that some people can’t. That’s why making habitat three times a week is more reliable.
