Her favorite line is “Where you invest your love, you invest your life.”
Where are you investing your love?
To take it a step further where are you investing your resources?
Love, time, money, energy.
One of the most eye-opening tactics I use with clients is a resource audit.
This audit forces you to look at where you’re investing.
You have no right to expect to become a millionaire if you’re investing more of your resources into recreation than into value creation.
You will not be in peak physical fitness with a body of your dreams if you spend more money on eating out and unhealthy foods than you do on exercise and healthy eating.
You must take stock of what you’re currently doing.
10 times out of 10 you’ll be able to understand why you’re not getting the results you think you want after doing this audit.
The fun part is that once you’ve audited your expenditure of resources you can then redistribute them to align with your goals.
