After that, the trainer will go over exactly what will happen during the workouts main components. After that, everyone does a warm-up session together to make sure that everything is ready to go for the Big Workout. Workout itself is broken down into several different activities and workout stations. Everyone is assigned a workout area and they get to work out within the group in order to make sure that everyone has the space they need to do the workout. Each workout movement is broken down into a series of different levels of ability so that everyone can perform the same workout every time that they show up to do the group exercise program.

Each session is only 45 minutes and is designed to help you to get in, get out, and get back to living a new life.
