The root of who you are, what you do, and ultimately all that you accomplish is the sum of your routines, rituals, and habits.

Underlying, at minimum 60% of your actions is one of these three powerful forces.

Ritual: a religious or solemn ceremony consisting of a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order.

Routine:  a sequence of actions regularly followed; a fixed program.

Habit: a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.

You have habits and routines that formed subconsciously and due to your environment.

Some of these are beneficial while others are not.

To live a powerful life, a life that you desire, requires you to take control of your habits, routines, and rituals.

You must carefully curate and cultivate these three things.

Remember, your routines, rituals, and habits account for 60% or more of your daily doing.

Do you want to leave 60% of your life up to chance and circumstance?

Over the next few days pay close attention to your routines, rituals, and habits.

Which ones do you need to upgrade or eliminate?
