– A detailed description of the person you will become 

– Books and resources you will use 

This is a short list, but if you have these things in place you will accomplish exponentially more than if you don’t. 

I do a goal-setting/life planning workshop in January for a small group of Kvellians.  This is an intensive and intimate day where I coach a small group of Kvellians to craft a plan for the next twelve months, which in my opinion, is the most valuable thing a person can do.  

If you are interested in joining this year’s Performance Planning Day reply with “Performance Plan” and I will send you the details.  I limit this group to twelve people to ensure adequate coaching for each person.  

The people that have participated in my Performance Planning Day have called it life-changing.  

No matter if you have me help you or do it on your own a plan is better than no plan.  Use the list above as a guide.
