Today is officially the first day of fall.
With fall comes cooler weather, football, and beautiful falling leaves.
Fall is a time of change and transition.
The beginning of fall is also a good time to refocus on your goals and set a few short term goals.
I prefer to work in 12-week cycles for my goals with a 1-week break on week thirteen to regroup.
This allows me enough time to make significant progress while also preventing burnout. (The 12 Week Year)
It seems most people can’t have enough “fresh starts” opportunities, including myself.
Well, fall is another fresh start for you.
