Becoming a Beast! The Lab: 201, is designed to expand the abilities of your body. In these 30 minute lab sessions there will be a focus on increased movement, increased work done per workout, and heavier loads. This will push your physical abilities and allow you to continue to accelerate in your dream for a healthier you. Each session with a Boise personal training coach will expand your knowledge in the physical science in dietary needs of your new regiment. The final frontier.

Lab 301: Elevate to a Freak of Nature! This phase is by invite only and can be found through dedication and hard work. The circle of individuals within Lab: 301 provide mentorship and bring you to the peak of your ability. Each 45 minute session pushes you and your limits to the max. This final tier is for those athletes looking for the last level of fitness, and absolute Freak of Nature Level.

Lab 101: Build a Solid Foundation sets the tone for each individual by ensuring that foundational knowledge is given across the board. These 45 minute sessions allow you to learn how to become technically strong, reduced injury, and make working out enjoyable. Each Boise personal training coach will help you lose fat and gain lean muscle. Of course we will make sure to help you dialing your diet so all of your effort will show.

Lab 201: Becoming a Beast is a segue that builds on Lab 101. While expanding on your base of current knowledge these 30 minute sessions with increasing difficulty of movement, increase the work done in each session, and allow you to understand broader range of movements. The Boise personal training team wants to ensure that you can expand on every step of what you built in Lab 101. This Lab will be sure to push her physical and mental limits.

Lab 301: Elevate to a Freak of Nature is a standout Lab all of its own. This lab requires a graduation from Lab 101 and Lab 201 as well as an invitation. The idea behind this lab is to move past just being a beast and elevating to a freak of nature. These 45 minute sessions focus on increasing the intensity you focused on in Lab 201.
