Here at Meridian Idaho Fitness Training, we strive to provide you with the best service and want you to feel as if you are apart of this company. We want you to achieve the goals you may think may never happen. We provide a passion to help you have those fantasy goals become real life experiences. Brett Denton instilled these values within the company because that is what he wanted to build when had the passion to start this business.

If you are looking for a business that actually cares for you while attempting to make you a stronger person, Meridian Idaho fitness training is the place you should be apart of. We give you twenty one days for just one dollar. We want you to be here and experience the community and positive nature all around the facility. We give you many ways to train and gain strength. Our equipment and training sessions will provide you with the best we have to offer. We provide services that are very effective and will show results within weeks. We have three different levels for all people with different skill levels. Our coaches will help you in many different ways. That be either during training, giving nutrition plans, or holding you accountable to have self control.

We will be able to provide you with many different activities at Meridian Idaho fitness training, as in deadlifting, squatting, or benching. We will help you with fixing forms and putting you through many movements to improve your strength. Our type of training will be based off scientific facts and actual results. What we put together has been tested and proven to work if you follow along with the program and keeping it moving forward. We want to make sure you get results, whether it be in your strength or conditioning within a sport or just better in general. We want you to be comfortable and do things at your pace. We are your personal cheerleaders and will be a supporter for you to do things you did not know you could have done.

If you stress about having no time to workout we will waive that stress goodbye due to our schedule being as flexible as you need it to be. Whenever you need us we will be there. You are the priority here at our facility. Our facility has over 50 training sessions a week. There will be no issue for you scheduling a time to get your fitness time throughout a weekday or weekend. You are in charge and we are here to provide help with your journey to sculpt your body however you see fit.

Our goal is to drive you to enjoy not just one thing but daily activity, either that be biking or football. We want you to be the version of yourself you see in your dreams and make that dream come to life.

Here at Meridian Idaho fitness training we do many training activities but our main foundation is squatting, pulling, and pushing. We focus on these to build our long-term strength and athleticism. We do these workouts consistently so that we build our tendon and ligament strength so that we protect ourselves from injury that can be detrimental to our muscle progress. We also focus on body movements so that we can increase our strength to do more and more weight. We want people to be aware of their own bodies, because only they know what your body can and can’t do. With our strategies and techniques we will have you doing more than you thought could have gone on your own.

Along with our training at Meridian Idaho fitness training, we have coaches all around the facility to help during the training sessions. We push people to accomplish the goals that they have set for themselves by guiding them to be knowledgeable about how they can improve and correct anything that needs to be corrected. We hold them accountable for how consistent they are with their workouts and nutrition. We push you to do your very best and only want you to be as strong as Hulk Hogan someday. We will help you lose body fat, build athleticism, and improve your strength. You are the number one priority when you enter our facility. We hope to be the catalyst that helps boost the change of your physical well being. Anything that we can do to help empower you and encourage you to do better, we will do.

If you are ready to schedule a time that you can come in and train and have a session, our schedule is flexible to anyone that may be too busy. We have so many great training sessions throughout the week that you will have the opportunity to have your own training day, we can make that happen. You can schedule for a total body training session or one with a personal trainer and work on whatever you feel is necessary and we will go at your own pace. Whatever you want to get done we will do our best to achieve that goal with you. We will be here to support you and build with you. We will accept you without any judgment and only give you positive energy for you to feed off of.
