Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work on your triceps. You can work on your triceps in many ways. We have multiple different machines that you can work on your triceps. Triceps are the part of your arm that is behind your time. There’s biceps, triceps there’s four arms there’s risk theirs hands. But triceps or where you get the little flabby part of your arm. No one wants that flabby part of their arm. No one wants that chicken wing. No one wants to be driving and seeing their arm flap around. So that’s why we work on it a lot. We have movements that you can do that work your triceps with only body weight. You can only use body weight for some of the workouts. You could only use body weight for all the work out if you’d like. Or you can use your arms. You can use your legs. But you can do push-ups. You can do push-ups. I push ups are specific to Kvell. We don’t do normal push-ups. We do push-ups that are at a 45 degree angle. It’s just like a 45° session that we do with a 45 degree angle. The angle helps work your triceps a little more. Push-ups help work your back and chest to neutralize. We need to work your triceps then you won’t get that flabby part.

No one wants that flabby part and that’s why we work to make sure that we get rid of it. We have to get rid of it because we do bodyweight movements that help. Somebody wait movements that help are something like push-ups. Push-ups help work your triceps. Push-ups work or bodyweight tricep dips. You can do tricep dips, you can do a tricep hold. That’s where you are and a bridge like formation and you’re working your triceps while working your abs and working your glutes. You’re engaging your hats while working on your triceps. Sometimes you get a little muscle showing. When you’re really Toad and you Flex with your arm straight then you get a little muscle showing it’s a little horseshoe looking muscle and it’s really good. It will show that you were strong. And the more push-ups you do the bigger it will get. But we won’t don’t worry about getting bulky. For women a lot of people are worried about getting too bulky. You don’t get too bulky. You don’t get too bulky because you are just going to get stronger. For sure going to tone up and that’s the most important part. Don’t worry about overdoing it because you’ll get okay. Because that’s not true. But you will get strong. If your genetics or me to get you full Keith and you might get a little both you and you really work out. But it will take a long time before that happens.

We do movements with resistance bands at work. I’m a lot a lot as well. We use jungle gyms and resistance bands and your own body weight to work your triceps. You can even use dumbbells and kettlebells to work on your triceps. With your resistance bands at home you can step on the band of the foot and put it behind your back and lift up. That will work your triceps. You can also use dumbbells to work your triceps. Anything I will work when working on your triceps.
