You could do things that are only bodyweight, you can use muscles, you could use equipment as well. You could do Sprint even. You could do a leg press if you’re working on a machine. You could do a dumbbell or barbell lunge. You could do a squat where different kinds of squats. At Kvell we use goblet squats a lot. We do goblet squats and then we do goblet squats with her heels lifted sometimes. When your heels are lifted it will really work your quads. But if your knees kind of hurt then maybe don’t try and.
