Level 2 and level 3 or more Dynamic movements. When you do level 2 and level 3 then that means you may have already set Furniture before and that means you may already have a little bit more progress. That means you might be a little stronger than you were. But we also want to make sure that you are able to get a good workout without getting into it. We don’t want you to get into it and I want you to have a good time without getting injured. Getting injured means that you might be able to steak. Want you to stay consistent because that’s the most important part of improving your Fitness. Staying consistent.
You can work out 12 times a month. But if you’re working out 12 times a month and it’s only at the last two months last two weeks of the month and you’re not going to see Improvement. It’s kind of like brushing your teeth. When you brush your teeth every single day then that’s when they stay clean but if you wait till the last two weeks of the month to brush your teeth can you brush your teeth for 2 hours then they’re not going to get your teeth as clean as they should be.
