Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to use resistance bands. You’ll have multiple reasons to use resistance bands. You’ll use resistance bands when you do at home workout then you use resistance bands when you’re doing inside work out. And you use wake up assistance bands then that is where you go to work the upper body lower body and your whole body. You can use resistance bands in many ways. There are different colors of resistance bands. There’s green resistance bands. We have green resistance bands that are for legs. Those are smaller and they’re thicker and therefore leg movements. You put them around your thighs and you can spread your legs and you will be able to workout. You’ll be able to spread your legs and you’ll be able to work your glutes and work your hamstrings and quads. You could also work out with other colors as well. That orange is the easiest band. You can order these with Kvell or you can order them on your own. Orange bands are normally the Blogger ones and they’re the easiest ones to use. And then we have red bands which have more resistance.

The nice band is a black band. Black bands are good for squats. You can put them around your shoulders and have more resistance doing a squat. The red bands can be used to orange and red Vans can be used to do chest things and arm workouts depending on what your Fitness level is. You can also use black and purple bands for those as well. If the red resistance band works best you can use the red for everything. But you can use multiple different kinds for multiple different movements. If you’re stronger in your legs and you are in your arms and recommend using the red resistance band for arm movements and chest movements and back movements.

We recommend using something a little heavier for your legs. Something more resistant like the black band or the purple band. It’s up to you which band you like to use but we recommend those four more leg movements if you’re stronger than your legs. We show you how to do all of these. We also show you how to use tips and tricks at home such as putting it through your door. You could also step on them and pull them that way. You can use them as a back row. You can use them as bicep curls or hammer curls. You can use them for squats, you can use them for lunges. You can use them in many ways. The only thing is that there are synth bands it might hurt your hand sometimes. So we recommend getting gloves or using a long sleeve shirt or something to protect your hands.
