Kvell is the Best Gym in Eagle to learn new movements because we will teach you the proper form. We will teach you how to do each movement and you will learn how to do each movement properly. That is one reason we don’t have any mirrors at Kvell. We don’t have any marriage because we want you to learn what the form feels like. When dealing with the form feels like they’re going to learn these movements. You’ll be able to do them outside of Kvell. You’ll be able to do them without the coach helping you. The coaches teach you how to make the most of the work out as well. You’ll be able to learn the proper form in the proper technique to make the most effective workout possible. Learning new movements is really beneficial. You are going to learn a lot of new movements. Every single day there’s a different movement. Every single day we have different movements but every 3 weeks we have the same movements. Every single day you’ll see different movements that we work on in 3 week training. 3-week training phases meaning every week you’re going to see the same movements as you did that day of the week. Monday’s movements are Mondays movements. Tuesday’s movements are Tuesday’s movements. Thursday’s movements are Thursdays movements. That happens for 3 weeks so you really get to learn these movements.
You’re not going to see these movements and not see him again for a couple months and then forget how to do them. Do you know one of these movements and you’re able to practice them and then you get to challenge yourself with these movements. But you’re not going to see them all the time. It will change every 3 weeks so then you won’t get bored. You’re not going to get bored with these movements but you’ll be able to learn them as an expander and for capacity.
