A squat will feel like you’re sitting in a box. We have different kinds of squats that you do. We have different kinds of squats for different levels. You have different squats you learn how to do at the mall. We want you to start out with just a simple box. Box whatever you get a box behind you and Rich and you’re sitting down. When you pretend you’re sitting down and that’s what you formally feel like. Want to make sure that your weight is in your heels and you are bouncing your weight between both legs. The coaches will make sure that your feet are far enough apart. Everyone’s hips are different and will be different for everyone but the coaches will make sure that it feels good for you.

If you need to take it easy then you can take it easy. But if you want to get straw and you want to do challenging squats to me how challenging squats are for you as well. We have squats that will use Waze. We have squats like with dumbbells. We have spots that will have your heels lifted in the back. He looked at squats for some people that have good news. If you have good knees then those are for you. If you have bad knees, those might hurt you. But it all depends on what your modifications are. When you have your heels elevated than your quads will be more burning. They will burn a little more so that will be a squat to work your quads.
Other squats will work more of your hamstrings but as well. We have different kinds of squats that we do. We have weighted squats and a split squats and we have all different kinds of squats to make sure you’re getting the full body parts. I want to make sure that you’re working your full body when doing these squats. We have jump squats. I’m about to make sure your heart rates up. We do metabolic resistance training so you will learn how to do all of these different movements to make sure you’re boarding the most calories at once. We do squats and then shoulder presses sometimes. Sometimes we work different muscles at the same time to make sure you’re burning a lot of calories. If you’re hurting a lot of calories I need to get a really good workout in. You can also modify it so if you don’t want to burn as many calories in, don’t burn as many calories.
You can make it more of a strength session and go a little harder weights and heavier weights and less reps if you don’t want to sweat too much. But each training session will be different. We have different training phases so some phases will be a weight loss face on face it will be a strength phase. But when you do come out for the long-term all of these will be put together and you will get a total body workout you will gain muscle. You will lose weight. You will get more tone.
