Would you do all the movements for a reason? The warm-ups are designed for particular body parts. Hip hinge movements are a lot of them warm ups. We do a lot of hip hinge movements during the warm-up because we do a lot of hair pins movements during the work out. If you want to warm up your hip hinge movements such as doing a squat and hold and doing certain different lunges to make sure that your hip and movements are mobile so you don’t injure yourself during the work out. If you’re tight during the workout then you won’t be able to injure yourself and you won’t enjoy the work out as much.
We want you to enjoy the workout and feel good while working out. If you feel good and feels loose while working out then you’re going to get a better workout in.
