Beast movements are unique. A lot of people don’t know what a beast movement is. But it’s when you’re on your hands and knees not on your knees but your knees are a little farther than your ground. It’s a little off the ground so then you are holding yourself up. You’re holding yourself up like you’re on your hands and knees but you lift your knees off the ground a little bit. Beast movements can be done in multiple ways. For a level 1 movement you can just hold him. Or you can go in a position and put your knees on the ground and then move your shoulders up and down.
