Habits take some time to form. And sometimes you may have unhealthy habits. Healthy habits can mean grabbing some candy every time you’re by the kitchen. Habits can me and bite your fingernails. You ever met your fingernails and tried to quit. It’s almost impossible to quit. Habit can me and trying to quit smoking. And the Habit could mean your have a habit of going home from work and just sitting on the couch and watching TV all night. That could be a habit and it could be in your unconscious and you have no idea that you’re doing it. We are here to help you develop healthy habits. It starts with tiny habits. Tiny habits meaning once you get home then you go and make a smoothie. Healthy habits can mean going on a walk every morning. It’s little steps and you have to be aware of these little steps that make big steps. Healthy habit could mean a tiny have it could mean putting on your shoes right when you get up. And then I have it could be washing your face right when you get up. I have it could mean drinking 16 oz of water right when you get up. These are things to start your day off good. When you start your day off right then you might be more willing to endure the day off the same way. When you and your day with some water then that’s good as well. Once you start your day with 16 oz of water. That way you can start your metabolism and kick-start your metabolism for the day.

16 oz of water is good. I’m going on a walk and be good as well. If you have a dog and maybe take your dog for a walk in the morning every morning. I can only be a 5-minute walk but that could lead to 10 minutes or 15 if you have more time. But if you take him for a 5-minute walk then everyone will be happy. If you want to take your dog for a 5-minute walk every morning and it starts with getting up and changing out of your pajamas. Then that’s a tiny habit that you start to keep doing. Keep doing that habit until you become a habit of it and you don’t even think about putting on different clothes.

After that habit is formed then you can start grabbing your dog and going outside with them. When you’ve changed and put on shoes and grabbed your dog and went outside and then those are other tiny habits for him. As long as you don’t think about him. It’s a habit forming unconsciously. I have it unconsciously and you will just be on autopilot while doing so. I want you to be in the moment of course. But this makes it easier to make sure that there’s no obstacles in your way. When there’s no obstacles in your way then you’re more likely to do it. Obstacles meaning your thought process getting in the way. Obstacles meaning oh it’s too cold outside to go outside to take my dog for a walk.
