During our at-home workouts we have a whole equipment free workout program so you don’t need to use any equipment. We understand a lot of people don’t have equipment. A lot of people don’t want to buy equipment. We don’t want anyone to get equipment if they don’t want it. So that’s why we have a whole different equipment free workout that you can use. Using your own body weight is just as challenging as regular workouts. You can use your own body weight and still get a great workout. You can do a strength training workout with just your own body weight. You will use more endurance than strength training because that’s just what happens. It’s what happens when you don’t have a whole lot of equipment. But that’s okay that you don’t have a lot of equipment. It’s what happens. Especially during these days.
