Kvell is the best gym in Boise to learn new movements. You’re going to learn new movements because every single day you’re going to have different movements. Work on 3 training phases so for the three weeks are going to see the same movements each day of the week. But every day Monday through Saturday you’re going to see different movements. Going to learn different movements and you’re going to learn different movements every 3 weeks. You’re going to learn different movements but you’re also going to learn these movements. To go to learn these movements because you’re going to see them multiple times. If you come consistently Monday for 3 weeks then you’re going to see those movements three times. You paragraph while working during a training face so then you can actually learn the movements. Our first week is the recovery period of the first week is the start of a new face. This first week of May can bring a friend because it’s an easier week. It will have more rest. And less work.. This is where you get to figure out what the face is all about. When you figure out what the face is all about then you’re going to figure out what these movements are. They’re going to figure out what these movements are so you can mass in the next week. If you come three times a week then you recommend telling the same three days. But it’s up to you what days you would like to go. You can come every different day because then you’ll see different movements.

Learning a movement takes time. So I’ll tell you three meat Trading Faces. Our first week of the recovery week. Our next week is a practice week. This practice week is where the rest will be a little shorter and the work will be a little longer. It won’t be as challenging as the next week and it will be a little more challenging in the first week. I’ll be a little more challenging because now that you’ve seen the movements and I get to practice them. Kvell is the best gym in Boise to learn new movements. This is some people’s favorite week because it’s not too easy but it’s not too hard. When you go from a challenge week 2 a recovery week that I might be a little easy for some. But this is really where you get to learn more about you and what works best for you. 1 phase might be a strength phase so you might get movements that are going to be focused on building strength.

Another phase might be an endurance phase. These faces are more focused on losing weight. It’s an endurance race where you gain more endurance. When you gain more endurance you are going to be working a strength but doing it faster with more rep so then you’re working your endurance as well. You’re going to be doing it for a longer time. Of time. It’s also a density phase so there’s going to be more where you can do it at more you’re on speed. There’s going to be different kinds of phases with focusing on different kinds of workouts. But no matter what the workout is you’re still going to learn these movements. I am going to learn these movements because if you come the same day every three weeks then you’re going to see those same movements so then you can practice them, learn them, practice them and challenge yourself.

The last week of the training phases challenge me. This is really where to get the expanded form for capacity. A lot of people either spend the majority of their time on week 3. This is where you are going to go 100% intensity. You’re going to pretend like you’re running from a bear. Lot of people do this every single day when they’re out of box gym and they burn up and break down and get injured. We don’t want that. Kvell is the best gym in Boise because a lot of people also spend their whole time at week one where they’re only going 50 to 60% intensity and then never going to see results. I’ll probably work in 3 week training phases so you can get the best of both worlds and you can have a recovery week but you can also get to challenge yourself.
