We’ll use different workout equipment for different movements but for each session you’ll be using a dumbbell. You got to learn multiple ways to use dumbbells and how to make sure you’re doing it properly. Dumbbells are a really good way to work out. Lot of our workouts can be done with your own body weight. A lot of our workouts are loved one workouts and you don’t even need them Bells.. But when you work you can do light dumbbells. We have dumbbells that are only 8 lb. And you can use dumbbells over all the way to 75 lb. It all depends on what your Fitness level is and what we have it all. We have enough for everyone to use who made separate each other in two groups so you never used and there’s always enough for you. I will always have enough dumbbells for you to use. If everyone wants 20-pound dumbbells we have enough and we split the group set properly and equally to make sure there’s enough for each but each person in the room.
