Kvell is the best gym in Boise to work out during your lunch break. When you work out during your lunch break, you are going to have a nice break during lunch. You can have a long one person you can work out and eat when you would like. If you have a short lunch break in the sessions are like 45 minutes long so it doesn’t matter when you come into the sessions only 45 minutes long so you will come in and get out and still have time to eat. I’ll still have time for lunch when you work out during your lunch break. A lot of people worked next to Kvell so they just walked to give him work out really quick then go back to the day.
