Kvell Fitness has designed a workout program with three different levels of fitness. Level one is for people that have never been to the gym before, or even just taking a break. It can be almost entirely done with your own body weight. Level one strengthens or muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Muscles get stronger almost overnight. That is why if you flex the day after then you might already notice a difference. But tendons and ligaments take at least three to six months to get strong. They take a while. If you overwork them before they are strong that can lead to injuries such as tendinitis which takes a lot of time to recover from. Level one can be almost entirely done with your own body weight. It is the foundation of fitness. We encourage everyone to start at level one just to get the feel of things, even if they are already fit. 

Level two movements are more dynamic. They require your tendons and ligaments to be strong in order to do the movements properly. Level two is the middle one, some people start on level two and they realize they aren’t as strong in some movements as others, everything is customizable so if you are stronger in some areas of your body you can customize it so you are doing level one, two and three movements all during the same time. In nonscientific terms, we want you to get strong, with level one movements, before gettings “strong” with level two movements. If you try level two movements are you shaky or wobbly, then that means your tendons and ligaments are not strong enough to do the movements yet. Then you go back down to level one movements. Kvell three is the more challenging level. It is for people that have been coming to Kvell for a while and have the form of most movements already perfected. These could lead to injury if you don’t already have the movements form down. If you do, then perfect and these are a great way to challenge yourself. You can do different forms of level three which makes it even harder than what the movement is itself.
