You can put down pink weights if you want to do that sort of thing. You can also put down blue weights if that is something that you would like to do. You can even put down black weights, which is really a very common thing if you think about it. There are also various amounts of weight that you can put down when it comes to setting down something like a barbell at your great local Boise gym. You could really pick up a ten pound weight and then set it back down if that was something that you really wanted to do with your life. You could also set down a weight that was fifteen pounds if that was more to your liking.
