Kvell is a gym for everyone. Level one movements are the foundation of fitness. These are designed for people that have never been to the gym before or even just taking a break. It can be almost entirely done with your own bodyweight. Level one strengthens your muscles. Strengthens your tendons. And strengthens your ligaments. Muscles get stronger almost overnight. But tendons and ligaments take at least three to six months to get strong. They take awhile. Kvell understands this and a good way to know if you are ready to go to level two is if you can do the do the movements without wobbling. That’s when you know your tendons and ligaments are strong enough. If you go too hard to quick, it can lead to injuries like tendonitis which leaves you out of the gym for months at a time.
Level two are more dynamic movements. This is the second level. This level of movements requires your tendons and ligaments to be strong in order to do the movement properly. Everything is customizable, so if you are stronger in your legs doing squats then we recommend going up in weight or switching to the level two movements. If you are weaker in your arms then stick with level one until your form is correct. The coach will make sure you are doing everything properly but still pushing yourself.
