Kvell Fitness and Nutrition starts each phase with a week one. Depending on what time you join, that will be your week one. But week one is the start of the new phase, it is where you learn and understand the movements. How the workout is going to be laid out and figure out what weight, if any, are optimal for you. The coaches will come around and make sure you are doing everything properly. If they feel you can move up in weight they will let you know. If they feel you should move down in weight and correct your form first, they will let you know.
The next week is week two. This is where you increase your intensity of the workout. Week one you have learned the movements. Week two is where you practice the movements. You understand the layout of the workout and how to do each movement and now you just practice and workout harder than you did week one. The timing is usually faster so you already increase your intensity. This helps you gain a full capacity of the movements. The last week of the three week training phase is week three. This week you now challenge yourself and go as hard as you possible can. You learn the movement in week one.
